AI agent observability

Recording a detailed, reconstructable log of every action, tool call and data access an AI agent makes so its behaviour can be reviewed live or after the fact. Think of it as a 'flight recorder' for software that acts on its own.
When an agent holds credentials and can take real actions, a flight recorder is the only way to investigate incidents and prove what the agent actually did — essential for accountability and insurance.
