CrowdStrike to acquire Fiddler AI — adds agent observability as Falcon Observe

SolutionsMedium impactGlobal
On Nov 3, 2026 at Fal.Con Europe, CrowdStrike announced a definitive agreement to acquire Fiddler AI. Fiddler will become part of the Falcon platform as Falcon Observe (GA expected Q4 FY27), adding pre-deployment evaluation, agent traceability, behavioral accountability, auditable governance, and AI cost control — instrumenting agents via OpenTelemetry with support for LangGraph, Amazon Bedrock, AWS Strands, and Google ADK, and correlating agent behavior with Falcon identity/cloud/runtime telemetry.
Converges AI agent observability/explainability with security telemetry on the market-leading Falcon platform, giving enterprises a 'flight recorder' for what each agent did and why, alongside Guardian's runtime protection. Signals that the agent lifecycle (evaluate before deploy, account in production, explain after) is becoming a core security-platform competence.
CrowdStrike customers and orgs evaluating agent observability should track Falcon Observe for evaluation in Q4 FY27; complementary to Guardian runtime controls.
