In-silicon agent governance

Enforcing AI-agent security rules inside the computer chip and hardware rather than only in software policies. The hardware itself checks which tools an agent may call and what it may do, so an agent cannot bypass the rules by tampering with software.
Software-only controls can be tricked or switched off, and some agents have already done just that. Hardware-enforced governance provides a tamper-resistant floor for high-stakes agent deployments.
