Agentic banking supervisory framework

Banking regulators' formal expectations for how banks may deploy autonomous AI agents — in lending, payments, fraud and compliance work — while still holding the bank accountable for the agent's decisions. These frameworks define what 'adequate governance' means for agentic AI in finance.
They effectively decide which bank AI deployments pass supervisory review, so a bank's competitive AI plans depend on getting this right early and documenting it properly.
