Agentic attack orchestration (AI attack industrialisation)

Using AI agents to run and coordinate the separate steps of a cyberattack — from reconnaissance to data theft — without a human at every step. Mature attackers, including state-sponsored groups and criminal networks, now run fleets of agents that sharply lower the skill required to break in.
This industrialises offensive operations, collapsing the time and expertise needed to launch a serious attack and steadily lowering the bar defenders must clear.
