What happened
On June 22, 2026, F5 (NASDAQ: FFIV) launched the F5 AI Security Platform — a five-pillar system covering AI governance, discovery, security testing, runtime protection, and observability — and simultaneously announced the acquisition of SurePath AI, a network-based shadow AI discovery company. The platform extends F5's existing Application Delivery and Security Platform (ADSP) to enterprise AI stacks including on-premises, air-gapped, and multi-cloud deployments.
