What happened
Linx Security announced general availability of Linx Agentic Access Control on June 9, 2026 — an inline enforcement layer that sits between AI platforms and enterprise applications over MCP, inspecting every tool call in real time before execution. It extends existing identity governance (human and NHI) directly into the agentic layer with full audit logging.
Why it matters
Purpose-built MCP gateway addressing the Agentjacking-class attack vector where AI agents inherit excessive developer credentials. Extends identity governance to MCP tool calls — a gap no major IAM vendor had closed at GA before this release.
Applicability
IAM/identity teams and DevSecOps leads deploying AI coding agents or MCP-connected enterprise tools; high urgency given disclosed Agentjacking attacks. Evaluate immediately — GA.
