On Oct 23, Veraify added Token Management to its AI-native secure-access and governance platform: per-department, per-user, per-AI-service and per-model token-consumption visibility across enterprise-approved and Shadow AI tools (browser, native app, plugin, IDE/API/CLI), with a 'single-pass' architecture that enforces AI security guardrails and measures token usage in one pass; customers can segregate corporate vs shadow-AI bills.
Why it matters
Token visibility is becoming a governance/ROI control as well as a cost one; unifying AI-security enforcement with token metering in one pass gives finance and security a shared lens and identifies unapproved AI spend.
Applicability
AI governance/security teams already on Veraify (or evaluating AI-governance platforms) can use token metering to quantify and segregate shadow-AI usage alongside data protection.
