Palo Alto Networks makes AI Runtime Security on NVIDIA BlueField DPUs generally available

SolutionsMedium impactGlobal
On Oct 21 Palo Alto Networks announced AI Runtime Security on NVIDIA BlueField DPUs is now GA across AI factory and industrial edge deployments, offloading policy enforcement to silicon so agents are protected beyond a compromised host; it also detailed Cortex XSIAM integration with NVIDIA DOCA Argus and agent-identity governance work with NVIDIA Sentry.
It extends AI runtime security into a hardware-isolated trust domain independent of the host OS, addressing the 'a compromised host cannot be trusted to report what occurred' gap in agent runtime protection.
Enterprises running NVIDIA AI factories or GPU-accelerated agent workloads should evaluate AI Runtime Security on BlueField for in-silicon agent enforcement and token-throughput gains.
