Experian and ServiceNow Partner to Embed Agentic AI in Enterprise Workflows

SolutionsMedium impactGlobal
Experian announced a global multi-year partnership with ServiceNow on May 15 to integrate its Ascend Platform decisioning capabilities directly into the ServiceNow AI Platform, enabling autonomous AI agents to access trusted data and execute decisions in real time across regulated enterprise workflows. Initial use cases include employee onboarding, third-party risk management, fraud and identity verification, and model lifecycle governance.
This partnership reflects enterprise movement from AI experimentation to production deployment of agentic systems in regulated environments. By embedding Experian's credit, fraud, and analytics data directly into ServiceNow workflows, the collaboration addresses a key barrier to agentic AI adoption: fragmented or unreliable data foundations. The focus on regulated industries—financial services, insurance, healthcare—signals that agentic AI governance must now address operational control boundaries rather than only model evaluation.
Organizations using ServiceNow for enterprise workflows should evaluate whether embedded agentic decisioning reduces manual verification steps in onboarding, risk management, or compliance processes. Security teams should assess how agent actions are logged, attributed to initiating identities, and subject to least-privilege controls when accessing Experian data APIs.
