Arctic Wolf launches SwarmView — direct customer visibility into how its agentic SOC (Aurora) investigates and decides

At its Oct 14 Security Operations Summit, Arctic Wolf announced SwarmView, a new Aurora Portal capability letting customers see the full agentic investigation trail: which AI agents contributed each step, validation of conclusions, customer context used, and where/when a decision was escalated to a human analyst. Available as beta in the Portal this fall, extending the earlier AI Trust Engine.

Trust/transparency in AI-driven security decisions (SANS: 40% of leaders cite it as top challenge) is the key blocker to agentic SOC adoption; SwarmView is the first major MDR/agentic-SOC vendor to expose the defense chain to customers rather than keeping it opaque — an accountability benchmark competitors will need to match.

Enterprises using or evaluating managed/detection agentic SOC services should weight investigation-transparency (agent traceability + human escalation visibility) in vendor selection; MDR buyers in regulated sectors can adopt SwarmView beta this fall.
