RadarFirst announced GA of Radar AI Incident Management on Oct 1: a purpose-built solution to investigate, document and respond to AI incidents — harmful outputs, bias, sensitive-data exposure, unintended agent actions and guardrail failures — with AI-specific intake, evidence management, harm-threshold determinations and cross-functional response workflows.
Why it matters
It is an early dedicated 'AI incident system of record' that operationalizes AI risk response outside the traditional privacy/SIEM path, filling the response-side gap as AI regulations and harm-litigation expectations harden.
