ServiceNow debuts six autonomous security products built on Armis and Veza acquisitions

SolutionsHigh impactGlobal
ServiceNow unveiled (Aug 4, 2026) six new autonomous security products plus AI agents under its 'Shift Zero' push, including Agentic Exposure Management, a Vulnerability Resolution AI Specialist that can auto-push low-risk patches, Agentic AI for Cyber Physical Security (via Armis), AI Agent Access Security and Non-Human Identity Remediation (via Veza), and a Tier 2 SOC AI Specialist that can autonomously execute multi-phase incident response.
This is ServiceNow's first major security launch since closing its $7.75B Armis and ~$1.3B Veza acquisitions, unifying exposure management, cyber-physical/OT security and NHI remediation into an autonomous, cross-domain platform aimed at closing 'zero exposure' gaps across 70+ fragmented tools.
Enterprise security operations and GRC teams already on ServiceNow, especially those with OT/medical-device exposure or heavy machine-identity sprawl, should evaluate.
